This 6 week course is an excellent introduction to pole fitness, focusing on learning the basics including:
- Pole Conditioning
- Strength Conditioning
- Basic Moves
- Spins
The beginner course must be completed in order to attend further pole lessons provided by Pole Positon Fitness. 6 Week Beginner Course - £75 for Six 1 Hour Classes.
All pole moves can be scaled, so don't worry if you think you are not strong enough.
A common phrase we hear is "I would like to try pole but i have no upper body strength". Well, strength comes with time and therefore its not a reason not to come and try pole. It's actually a reason to come and build strength.
We have a lot of fun and it's a great atmosphere!
